Capturing and creating images has been a driving force in my life.
Born and raised in Liverpool, England I studied photography in London before embarking on a 15 year worldwide odyssey in sports journalism. That journey resulted in relocation to the small town of Fairfax in Marin County, California - a beautiful place to call home.
In the past I assisted and worked alongside a variety of photographers. David Martinez, Gary Segraves, Shaun Sullivan, Michal Venera, Hunter Freeman, Laura Resen and Sarah Davis. Each of them added to and refined my own photographic style and workflow.
Current assignments encompass both editorial and commercial aspects of photography. If you have a project that needs a passionate and obsessed photographer please contact me.
Malcolm Fearon Photography is also the home of the Bliss Images Mountain Bike Archive. The archive is a collection of the best competitive mountain bike images from 1990 - 2005. Many of the images from that period are available to search online and more images are being uploaded weekly. Additional images and licenses for Editorial Use can be requested here. Also new for 2015 is the ability to buy prints of images on the site. You can access regular prints from within the Bliss Images Mountain Bike Archive and Limited Edition prints from here.
